Commission terms of service!

[1.] I can refuse a commission for any reason, including personal reasons.

[2.] I require the payment upfront before i begin on your piece.

[3.] partial payments are allowed, but i require the first half upfront, then the second half must be sent before i send you the end product.

[4.] Only the buyer has the permission to use the commission for personal use, unless the commission is for gift art.

[5.] you are not allowed to use my art for your own financial gain (including selling, using for merch, making NFTs, etc.)

[6.] I use my previous commissions as art examples for my portfolio. If you don't want your art to be used in my portfolio, just let me know!

[7.] If you are planning to post the art anywhere, please credit me as the artist! all my socials are located on the main page!

[8.] I will require a ref sheet of the character you want drawn! This is so I can get a better grasp of the character in question!

[9.] If you ask, i will provide a WIP sketch for approval before continuing your commission.

[10.] major changes to the commission will only be accepted in the sketch stage. after that, no further changes can be implemented.

[11.] I'm a part-time college student, so I will have times where I am busy. normally the turnaround for a commission is no more than 2-3 days. but if I am very busy, it may take up to 1-2 weeks. i will inform you if something holds up the commission!

[12.] I will not allow there to be deadlines. it can cause me to become completely stressed & even get severe artblock! so please refrain from doing so!
